CONSIGNMENTS

*We offer consignment sales for a 15% fee of the final sale price.

*All Consignments must be left on our possesion, if owner chooses to unconsign the item before sold, a 4473 form must be completed ( per BATF requirements)

TRANSFERS

*We are a transfering FFL/SOT Dealer, We charge a flat rate of $25 on all Non NFA transfers and  $100 on all Class III/NFA transfers.

* Transfering Dealer must include a signed copy of their FFL firearm, with your name referanced in or on the package.Transfering Individual must include a copy of their drivers license, including current address and contact information.

PURCHASES

*For all Purchases: Please have your receiving dealer Email a signed copy of their FFL to sales@snsfirearms.com or call 817-891-4867 for an alternate fax number. Please have them referance to your name and Item you are purchasing.

* Please call for mailing address.

*All funds for purchases must be received within 5 days, or items will be relisted.

PAYMENT

*We ONLY take US Postal Money Orders, (sorry due to increased scams and counterfit money orders, all bank checks, certified checks, and other money orders and will be held at least 15 days or more!)

SHIPPING

*We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays after funds and FFL are secured, using USPS Priority mail, and will provid you with delivery confirm tracking #.

*Shipping on Handguns under $500 is a flat rate of $15 /For $500-$1,000 flat rate of $20 **All to include insurance.

*Shipping on Long guns under: $500 is a flat rate of $25/ For $500-$1,000 flat rate of $30 /For $1,000- $1,500  flat rate of $35 **All to include insurance.

RETURNS

*3-DAY INSPECTION PRIVILEGE w/ REFUND less shipping, starts w/FFL receipt, in unfired, same EXACT condition on used firearms only. Factory warranty on all NIB items but sale is final. MFGR. handles all warranty issues w/ buyer.

LAYAWAY

*NO Layaway, However we will take 50% down and balance in 15 days. Non refundable.

UNCLAIMED PROPERTY

*Any transfers not picked up after 1year become property of S&S firearms, unless prior arangments made.
